Our customers may cancel their orders within 3 hours of placing the orders as we take the action of delivery as soon as possible and if it takes beyond that time then the customer needs to pay only the delivery costs carried by Das Diagnostic Enterprise on this context. If a customer has paid in advance then we shall refund the same within 7 days of receiving such payment in case of cancellation. Das Diagnostic Enterprise has a transparent policy in the matter of return and refund.
